Classes/Specs in need

I thought we might be able to compile a list of Classes/Specs in need. After chi left I said I'd try and fill the role of Surv hunter, since Ricky will most likely not be logging Chi as we'll need him to tank. I'm pretty much at the point now with gear that I can respec and contribute to raids. Also, while cruising the forums I saw someone has mentioned that we are also in need of a Ret Pally.

I think there are probably other people who would be willing to respec and fill needs if they knew about them.

Let's hear some peoples opinions.

But how about we do it this way: we make a list of all classes and specs and then you write down ppl you know that can do raids in that spec.

For instance:
Priest: Shadow: Shaerty, Obitus, Sinergy
Holy (healing): Shaerty, Asclepius, Obitus, Sinergy, Balanar, Estha, Goedbloedpri
Disc (Healing): Balanar, Asclepius, Obitus, Sinergy, Estha, Goedbloedpri
Disc (dps): Obitus, Sinergy

Write this down for your own classes, remember to consider the gear the ppl you mention, have.

I think we're just in need for a gear ret pally and survival hunter.

EDIT: Now that i think about it, we could also use a priest with IDS. Estha is the only one that i know who has it but he's on his rogue most of the time.
A dps warrior would also be nice. Only because we have a total of 4 warriors, 3 of them which are speced as prot.

Well Cataclysmic is able to raid in fury spec.

And Balanar almost always goes for IDS when he's healing

About Cata, i know he's fury but he can't always make it.
It would also be nice to have a more.....even raid group. For example. This morning, the raid was made up of 10 or so druids, hunters, a few rogues/priests and shamans.

I'm leveling a fury warrior... and he's gonna kick butt once I figure out how to play him

So I herd I stack str, hit, and get haste and armor pen when I can, right?

You don't need much hit. It's Basically just stacking strength where you can with a little crit here and there to get around 25% crit chance.

u need 200 hit atleast and strength sockets with agility enchants
30% crit unbuff / 200 hit or more this is all what we fury warr need
in raid for melee DPS u have only 1 warrior / 1 rogue / 1 enh shammy / 1 feral druid / 1 hunter
i think all shammies prefer agility totem instead of WF
then it will be disaster for warrs with spamm strength sockets
